Welcome to Protecting Women, the website built upon the simple philosophy of empowering women through education and knowledge. Women can learn they have a choice and the choice is that they don't have to be a victim.

Protecting Women sees the strength, vulnerability, compassion, beauty, wonder, and wisdom in all women. We want women to see themselves the same way so we provide information to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health while potentially saving women’s lives.

Protecting Women provides access to women for the sharing of inspirational stories from one another. We feature articles regarding body, mind, spirit, health, attitude, and living well…all the things that women embody to hold everything together for themselves and those they love.

Protecting Women uses state of the art technology to teach self-defense techniques (click here to view Free Lesson) both physical and mental in nature.  When you subscribe, you have access to 12 lessons that are designed around common attacks. These first 12 lessons are designed to teach you the basic weapons and targets for an attack. The lessons were designed by Grand Master Dave Hebler, a former bodyguard to Elvis Presley. The goal of women’s self-defense taught on this site is not to teach you how to defeat an attacker but to provide you with the three to five seconds necessary to flee from your assailant. Just as there are county wide disaster drills where healthcare and emergency workers prepare for something they hope never happens, Protecting Women helps women prepare for an assault we all hope never happens.
