Hello my friends, and for those of you who don’t know me, my name is Dave Hebler and for a number of years I was Elvis Presley’s personal bodyguard. I would bet that some of you may not know that in addition to being arguably the greatest entertainer that ever lived, Elvis Presley also was a practicing martial artist his entire adult life.
I vividly recall that one day, Elvis and I put on our karate gi’s and went over to Tennessee Karate for a little workout with Red West, Bill Wallace, David Stanley and some of the students at the studio.
I thought that you might enjoy seeing a short clip from that event.
That’s where I was and some of what I was doing 35 years ago at the age of 37.

And, here I am today at age 72, fooling around with those same techniques with my partner, Jim Taczy.
O.K., O.K., I realize that I’m older, fatter and slower nowadays but I’m still doing it after all these years.
I would also bet that one of the things that you didn’t know about Elvis was that he was such an enthusiastic martial artist that he actually formed his own martial arts association with me as the chief instructor of that organization.
True, and because we both had daughters, Elvis and I decided that self-defense training for women and children would be a major component of this new organization. Sadly, Elvis never lived to see this particular dream come to fruition but I went on with the project and today I’m pleased to announce that my initial and comprehensive self-defense training program for women and children is now available. It’s called “How to Survive Encounters of the Worst Kind.”
I encourage you to pick up a copy of this powerful training program. Just click here to purchase the eBook.
I would also like to announce that the video and audio DVD that details all of the self-defense techniques contained in “How to Survive Encounters of the Worst Kind” is in final production and should be available in a few weeks. Stay tuned!
I also thought that you might enjoy watching a short clip from that DVD.
On a personal note, I would like to say that if you’re like us and believe that the females in our lives deserve to be saved from violence, if you like what we’ve done and what we’re trying to do in this regard…….help us out. Merely send this press release to all of your friends along with your recommendation and ask them to do the same with their friends, etc.
My friends, I know that together we can make a real difference in this ongoing epidemic of violence against women and children.
